Dr. H - Diet and Workout for 9/27/07

Diet
  • No changes from handout and what's on FD
Workout -- The workout lasted longer than I thought it would be, but was every bit as intense as planned. I went to train down at Harbison, and instead of 4 x 5 min intervals, we did 2 x 10 minute intervals, plus some shorter intervals here and there.
