Well, this was the week when you started to have a workout on Sunday. You're going to have to double up if you dont' want to miss a workout.

Yeah, I know. Although I'm still not sure I can run. Tomorrow will tell. Tried to run tonight as warm-up on the treadmill before my workout & couldn't. The impact hurt my hips. But not as much as just walking did yesterday. By Friday I should be better. So, I'll do what has to be done on Sat/Sun!
