Mrs. C: Diet for 09-26-07

Breakfast:
24 oz coffee
1 Serving Kashi Waffles (1 serving is 2 waffles and equals 170 calories...just change the serving)
1/4 cup lite maple syrup (custom food already in there)

Snack:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 Graham crackers

Lunch:
(yes, I forgot there was an administrative luncheon today...sorry!)
1 cup roast pork (shoulder, lean only)
1 cup rice
1 cup green beans

Snack:
South Beach Diet Roasted Peanut Cereal Bar

Supper:
1.25 serving of Broccoli w/ Butter Sauce (Green Giant)--added to custom foods
6 oz fresh (well, frozen--but not canned) tuna, broiled
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
(I did not eat the couscous since I didn't exercise tonight and didn't want to take in the extra carbs.)

Although I deviated out of necessity, I hope it wasn't too bad from a calorie standpoint. I look forward to seeing it!
