My exercise for today was just surviving! Yesterday after that tremendous workout running sprint ladders, I was fine. Felt fine, went home, did stuff around the house, etc. I sat down around 8:30 on the couch, watched some TV, did some computer work, and when I got up at 11:30 to go to bed, I absolutely could not move. I could barely walk. This morning was not much better. I have hobbled around all day today. Both legs at the hip joints and both heels hurt. I'm not really worried...nothing feels pulled or sprained...it's just been hard to walk all day. So I decided to take the day off...I'll be sure to work out through the weekend to make up for it. Now, I'm not saying that I liked those sprint ladders but I will do them again if I have to. It feels good to know that I can do it...despite the misery of today!
So what I'm wondering, Stef & Renee, would you move today's workout to Friday and Friday's to Sunday. Then I'll do my own workouts on Friday & Saturday and maybe we can meet sometime Sunday and you can access my progress in person. Let me know.
