today after weights, dr. harshaw went on a 3 mile run.
he finished the 3 mile course in about 24:30, averaging a little over an 8 minute mile pace.
we were very impressed because we had intended the pace to be 8:30.
the objectvive was simply to burn a little more calories than usual and to work on his endurance.
overall, he burned around 430 calories with us today.
