Diet and Workout for 9/24/07

Breakfast
  • oatmeal, instant prepared with 2/3c skim milk
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 2 servings coffee-mate
  • multi-vitamin
Lunch
  • turkey sandwich on 6" whole wheat roll with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, olives
Mid-Afternoon
  • 6 ounces low-fat yogurt with blueberries
  • 10 roasted almonds
Dinner
  • 1 baked, medium, skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • garden salad with romaine lettuce, broccoli, sliced mushroom, 2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
After dinner
  • 12 ounces low-fat chocolate milk
Workout
  • 1st session - with B in the weight room
  • 2nd session - with S and R on a road course. The climb up Adair is a gut-check, btw.
  • 3rd session - 54 minutes on the mtn bike (this was on my own, and I've already entered it into FD)
