Diet and Workout for 9/24/07
Breakfast
- oatmeal, instant prepared with 2/3c skim milk
- 24 ounces coffee
- 2 servings coffee-mate
- multi-vitamin
Lunch
- turkey sandwich on 6" whole wheat roll with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, olives
Mid-Afternoon
- 6 ounces low-fat yogurt with blueberries
- 10 roasted almonds
Dinner
- 1 baked, medium, skinless, boneless chicken breast
- garden salad with romaine lettuce, broccoli, sliced mushroom, 2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
After dinner
- 12 ounces low-fat chocolate milk
Workout
- 1st session - with B in the weight room
- 2nd session - with S and R on a road course. The climb up Adair is a gut-check, btw.
- 3rd session - 54 minutes on the mtn bike (this was on my own, and I've already entered it into FD)
