I have gone to fitday and made corrections to both of your diets from what you told me you ate yesterday (Thursday).

Thanks, Taylor. Couple of things that might make it look a little better. The cereal I ate was Total, not multi-grain Chex. Total has a lot more vitamins and minerals and switching those out will probably correct the calcium problem. Plus, I also take a Caltrate (calcuim) tablet each day along with the multivitamin. I set the Caltrate up a week or so ago in Custom Foods so you can easily add it. Also there was already an entry in there for "Total" so I modified it as "Total Cereal" and updated the nutrition info from the box. If you'll switch the cereal (3/4 cup of Total) & add the calcium tablet, that day will be great!
