Dr. Harshaw and Mrs. Carbonneau,
Good luck with your workouts and diets tomorrow! Let us know how everything goes. After a few days of your diet let us know how you're feeling and if there are any food preferences you have for the following weeks.
Also Dr. Harshaw, will your bike ride this Sunday be as intense as last Sunday's where you burned 3000 calories or will it be your normal routine?

I think you may be a little confused with the dates. I typically take Sunday off. Last Saturday's ride (which may be a little on the shorter side of typical) is here:
