Thanks for updating the food on Fitday for 09-12-07. A couple of things that might make it more accurate.
GDH doesn't (to my knowledge) have "Turkey Ham. (I'm not even sure what that is!) It might be better to just use "Turkey or Chicken Breast, pre-packaged or deli, luncheon meat." The nutrition info is a little different. The quantity is the same...4 slices. What will make more of a difference is the butter substitute. I'm using "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and added that as a custom food called "Butter Substitute. It's in the drop-down list for Custom Foods. Be careful though: although I set it up for the serving size to be 1 tablespoon, when you select it, it automatically pulls it up as 1 liter! That'll stack on the calories!!!
