met with dr. harshaw

hey guys..

i just had a meeting with dr. harshaw about some of the things we weren't sure about..
a couple of reminders...

1. if you have entered data into FitDay...write on the journal section of that page letting him know that you were responsible...some parts of our grades are based off that.
2. in the blog, around late august, dr. harshaw posted some of his eating habits and how many calories he normally took in (including his workout). so if you food people are a little lost - go look at what he put in! it helps!
3. lastly, the workouts are going to be pyramidal. we are going to work hard for 5 weeks, improving a little bit each time. on the 6th week, its an unload week, meaning the workouts are a LOT easier. then for the last 5-6 weeks, the workouts will be hard again...working towards the improvement of our initial fitness testing.
