Sunday's meeting/this afternoon's workout

Hey guys,

Like Stef said we have pratice at 6:30 on Sunday but we will try to get to the meeting as soon as possible. AlsoFran don't forget that your meeting Mrs. Carbonneau this afternoon for her workout. If you could make sure that you have the time, distance, and possibly the pace at which her workout was done that would be great. If you could also take her pulse after the workout (but not after the cool down, before that) then that would be good too, and you can just post that on the blog tonight.

Dr. Harshaw don't forget that on Monday Stef and I will be meeting you at the practice football fields on Monday at 3 o'clock for your workout.
