1.5 oz carrots
Lunch:
3 cups lettuce
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup boiled egg
3 tablespoons lite Italian dressing (forgot my Catalina!)
3 oz turkey (that kind from the deli bar in GDH)
Snack:
1/2 cup strawberries
1 mozzarella cheese stick
Before Workout Snack:
1 mozzarella cheese stick
1 South Beach Diet Cranberry Almond Cereal Bar
Dinner:

Not a lot of food but I feel great! ('Course I'll bet my nutrients are much to brag about!)

You mean you didn't dive into a plate of their chicken-fried steak and a cold Bud?
It's been a good 3-4 years since we've been there, but the food was good. The owner's are the parents of one of my former students.
It was hard to stay away from their crinkle-cut french fries. My parents, son & his girlfriend went along and all had cold beverages. I was ready to be the designated driver after my salad, water, & salmon. But the salmon was excellent!
