Great day for me! Felt good all day; no soreness from running the bleachers. Had good workout tonight under the supervision of Bryan. Here's what I ate:
Breakfast:
3/4 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
1/4 cup skim milk
1 medium banana
Snack: skipped
Lunch:
Southwestern Chicken Salad from Fatz Cafe: "large flour tortilla shell with crisp, fresh greens, monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, tomatoes, black olives, grilled chicken and sour cream. Served with salsa and spicy ranch dressing." I didn't eat the tortilla shell; I'd say there were about 3 cups of lettuce, 1/4 cup total of cheese, 3 oz of grilled chicken, 3 oz salsa, I didn't eat olives, tomatoes, or sour cream. Substituted their fat-free sun-dried tomato dressing for the spicy ranch. 24 ounces of water.
Snack: 2 sticks of mozzarella cheese & 1/2 cup strawberries
16 ounces of water
Supper:
4 oz chicken sauteed in 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 cup carrots cooked in microwave w/ 2 tablespoons of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" (added to custom foods as "Butter Substitute")
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons Fat Free Catalina dressing
Can't wait to have eggs in the morning for breakfast.
