Mrs. C: Diet for 09-12-07

Here's what I've eaten today:

Breakfast:
There were no breakfast foods on today's diet except for a banana. So that's what I ate!
1 medium banana
16 oz black coffee (no sugar, no cream)

Snack:
1 stick mozzarella

Lunch:
Oh, it was wonderful to have a sandwich!
2 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices turkey (GDH doesn't have "turkey ham" as far as I know)
2 medium slices of tomato
2 medium leaves of lettuce
1 slice provolone cheese
2 tablespoons of mustard

Snack:
1/2 cup strawberries
1 South Beach Diet Nut Medley Cereal Bar

Water:
48 ounces

Dinner:
5 oz broiled salmon (w/ 2 teaspoons of EVOO)
1 cup white rice
1 tablespoon Butter Substitute (I can't believe it's not butter!)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons Free Catalina dressing

Water: 16 ounces
