1 regular slice of whole wheat breat, toasted w/ 1 teaspoon butter substitute
4 oz orange juice
Snack: South Beach Diet Peanut Butter Cereal Bar
Lunch:
2 Taco Bell tacos (added to custom foods)
KFC oven-roasted Twister w/o sauce
Snack: Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt (use the one in custom foods; the one in FitDay wasn's the same calories, etc.)
Dinner:
1 small rotisserie (roasted) drumstick
1 thick slice rotisserie (roasted) chicken breast
3/4 cup broccoli & cheese sauce (Green Giant)
Water: 64 oz
