Today was bike day and the weather was perfect!
I rode for 5 miles (out to my dad's house); took a break and then rode back...another 5 miles. The ride itself took me about 30 minutes each way for a total of 1 hour.
Also did 5 minutes of stretching before.
Tonight, I did my usual 3 sets of 10 situps & 3 sets of 10 pushups. I'm trying to do those each night but will let you know if I'm successful.
