Breakfast:
1 large egg
4 oz (1/2 cup) orange juice
24 oz of coffee (I got a new cup that's bigger)
1 piece whole wheat toast
2 teaspoons butter substitute
Snack: none
Lunch:
2 cups French onion soup
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup shredded cheese
3 tablespoons Lite Italian dressing
Supper:
2 cups Greek salad (got it from the Parthenon Restaurant)
1 cup pineapple
Multivitamin & calcium tablet
48 oz water
