I know that Sunday is supposed to be my day of rest. However, I'm going to try to do my 30-minute bike ride first thing in the morning. Then I'll rest!
At the PC football game today, my job was to supervise the FCA ushers. My post was up at the top behind the blue reserved seats. Had I known that I was going to be up and down those steps so many times, I would have worn a pedometer. I am absolutely worn out from the heat and from the walking up and down the steps. Let me see...I know that I walked up/down those steps at least 12 times. Not sure if there's any way to record that because it was throughout the entire game. But I did stand for the entire first half. The first half lasted at least 1 hour & 45 minutes because my husband sent me a text from Cuba at 3:15, commenting on the first half score.
For Monday, I think you're going to have to find something else for me to do. My legs are still killing me from the lunges on Thursday night. Going up steps is not so bad but doing down? Really hard still. We can try it but I think you should have a backup plan. Maybe a run around the track instead? My legs don't hurt to walk (just go up/down stairs, sit down, stand up, etc.) I want to "run the bleachers" if I can but am not sure I'll be able to. So please give that some thought.
See y'all in the library tomorrow night at 7:30. Hope everybody had a safe Saturday night.

I have a small mechanical pedometer I picked up from one of the seniors during her service project a couple of years ago. I'll bring it tonight for you to use. I can't vouch for its accuracy though.
