3/4 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
1/4 cup skim milk (this is cow's milk, not evaporated milk)
8 oz black coffee (I never use sugar or cream)
Centrum multivitamin
Caltrate calcium tablet
Snack:
1.5 oz baby carrots
1 medium banana
Lunch (salad bar at Dempsey's Pizza)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup boiled egg, chopped
2 tablespoons lowfat Italian Dressing
1/4 cup boiled ham, cubed
Snack:
1 South Beach Diet peanut butter cereal bar
24 oz gatorade
Water:
360 ml
48 oz
Dinner:
1 4 oz chicken breast (w/ bone & skin--didn't eat skin)
1.5 cups of green beans
1 small dinner roll
Forgot to take boneless chicken out of the freezer this morning. When I got home from the game, I had no supper! So I went to Whiteford's and got their baked chicken dinner (double green beans, no FF).
