Where's My Diet?

Hey, guys, my Thursday's meal hasn't been posted. Neither has Friday's but at least I see the expected foods are there. However, there's no way I can eat 3200 calories in one day. You'll have me gaining weight. In fact, if I understand the numbers correctly, I would have burned 2500 calories; if I ate all of that food, I would have had a 700 calories gain. My number needs to be a calorie deficient. I have posted Thursday & Friday meals. Will post Saturday's momentarily.
