Mrs. C workout for 9/25

Hey Everyone!

I'm pretty sure stef is posting this same info right now as I write this but oh well..... today we met with Mrs. C for her workout, we were a little late because soccer practice ran over, so we're really sorry about that. Today's workout was sprint ladder..woohoo! It consisted of:

2 - 100 yd. sprints (1 minute rest in between each)
3 - 80 yd. sprints (45 seconds rest in between each)
4 - 60 yd. sprints (35 seconds rest in between each)
5 - 40 yd. sprints (25 seconds rest in between each)
6- 20 yd. sprints (15 seconds rest in between each)

She had a 2 minute break in between each set. We had orginally planned for her not to do the 20 yd. sprints but she said like she felt like she could do them, so we let her. Her total workout took 25 miuntes and she had a 5 minute warm-up jog with 3 minutes of stretching, so her total workout time was 33 minutes.

Ok that's basically it.
