Mrs. Carbonneau did a sprint ladder that consisted of:
- 2 x 100's: 1 minute in between reps
- 2 minute break
- 3 x 80's: 45 seconds in between reps
- 2 minute break
- 4 x 60's: 35 seconds in between reps
- 2 minute break
- 5 x 40's: 25 seconds in between reps
- 2 minute break
- 6 x 20's: 15 seconds in between reps
She went as hard as she could for the intensity of these sprints. We were very pleased! The objective was to work on sprints so she could improve on that area of the physical testing. She was doing so well that we added the 20's at the very end!
Her heart rate monitor didn't work for some reason, so the amount of calories are unknown. On FitDay, Renee just estimated to the best of her ability.
Overall, good job today!
