Like mrs carbonneau already stated, i monitered her workout for monday. She did
a 5 min jog on the treadmill
3x20 situps
3x18 leg curls 40LBs
3x25 girl pushups
3x50 crunches
3x10 step ups with 5LB weights in each hand
Mrs Carbonneau used her new watch to keep tract of the calories burned, average heart rate, and maximum heart rate.
