THURSDAY
stretch and 5 min jog
3x75 crunches
3x20 push ups
3x8 curls (10 lbs)
3x8 db bench (10 lbs)
3x15 sit ups
Each day Mrs. C will lose around 186 calories. The objective for monday's workout is to increase lower body strength. The objective for thursday's will be to increase upper body strength. Bryan was responsible for creating Mrs. C's Week 4 Workouts and entering them onto fitday.

Bryan, a couple of things on the workouts. On Monday, 3x20 crunches isn't much. I did 3x50 tonight and could have done another. I like the 3x75 on Tuesday. You can up the crunches on Monday.
Regarding the pushups. I'm doing 10 now with no problems...can even get in all 3 sets. I know I need to increase but am not sure if I can double them. But I'll give it a try! Rest looks good.
