question

mrs. c,

did you not do your workout on saturday...and just pushed it back to sunday? i want to make sure the data is entered into FitDay correctly.

also, did you add those stairs as well?

Thanks for checking on that. Read down a couple of blog entries. I had intended to go biking Saturday evening after game. (Couldn't go in the morning which would have been the best plan because I had to go to Newberry to pick up Kane's moped from garage.) But after I got home from the game, I was WIPED OUT from the heat and from going up/down the bleachers monitoring the reserved seat section. But I did get a 30 minute bike ride in on Sunday morning: 5.1 miles in 30 minutes.
