Dr. Harshaw and Mrs Carbonneau-
I will email you these questions each day from now on to check the progress but ill let you know them now. I apologize the problem with my internet was when I would get on the internet it would say everytime that my page had expired. I am working on upgrading my internet though.
The questions are:
-How are you feeling at the end of each day?
-Did you have enough energy throughout the day?
-How about after work outs?
-How was your stress level today?
-Were there any outside sources affect your stress level?
-Did you ever feel like you needed more food?
-Did you ever feel like the food was the main cause of why you weren't feeling well?
I also wanted to apologize for not setting a weight goal yet I think tonight would be the best time to do this I apologize Dr. Harshaw and Mrs.Cabonneau for the grocery list being an issue and also that we have not been as organized as we should be. I promise it will get better next week even though I understand we only have about 10 more weeks of this. I hope to blog again tonight after the meeting and let you all know about what we have decided.
As far as meeting has been going all the times that we have met it has not been organized it was individuals making sure that the project got done.

So far so good. I'm pretty tired from staying up kind of late writing and doing homework for Calc IV, so I'll be ready to hit the hay earlier tonight.
-Did you have enough energy throughout the day?
Seemed to, but felt pretty tired on the drive home. Nothing that I'm concerned about thought.
-How about after work outs?
The strawberries in the 'fridge helped out. I was pretty thirsty from the Springs "Sauna" (it's not a sauna, but it's pretty dang hot in there this time of year, as Travis will confirm.)

Normal. Until late this afternoon.
-Were there any outside sources affect your stress level?
Hmmmm...a little worried/concerned about the class' participation, but I'm optimistic that I'm seeing folks get themselves more organized.
I've got yet another follow-up and CT scan scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, and have to re-work class materials, quizzes and what not to accommodate the appointment.
-Did you ever feel like you needed more food?
Nah. If I can make to bed without clawing at the kitchen cabinet, I'll be good to go for the day. I was pretty hungry before dinner, but after dinner feel full enough.
-Did you ever feel like the food was the main cause of why you weren't feeling well?
No. I have to admit to missing some sort of chicken or fish at lunch -- I'm just expecting something like that for lunch, but I made it alright.
How are you feeling at the end of each day? Today, I feel great! I know I've eaten much more than normal but I don't feel stuffed or hungry. I think this is the right amount of food for me!
Did you have enough energy throughout the day? I did; I enjoyed walking down to GDH at lunch and walking my dogs this evening.
How about after work outs? I was not tired after my workout. Today's workout was just a 10-minute run and I was surprised when it was over. I believe I could have gone a little further.
How was your stress level today? Well, Opening Convocation has kept me stressed for about a week so today's stress level was non-existent!
Were there any outside sources affecting your stress level? Not today!
Did you ever feel like you needed more food? no, I couldn't believe how much I'm eating!
Did you ever feel like the food was the main cause of why you weren't feeling well? Do you mean prior to today? If so, I'd have to answer yes. I have not eaten well for a while. Today, though I feel fine.
Weight Goal: I would like to lose 25 pounds between now and December; maybe 20 between now and the actual end of this class.
