this week's workouts for our "rats" - subject to change!

Mrs. C's Workout
Monday: stadium stairs (4x)
Tuesday: weights
Wednesday: 10 minute run
Thursday: weights
Friday: 30 minute power walk with weights
Saturday: 30 minute bike ride
Sunday: recover!

Dr. H's Workout
Monday: sprint ladder & weights
Tuesday: fartlek (fixed that for ya -- CH)
Wednesday: weights
Thursday: 45 minute run with friends
Friday: weights
Saturday: 3-4 hour bike ride with friends
Sunday: recover!
