I was not suppose to be there today with dr. Harshaw but i got a late phone called and filled in. When Dr. Harshaw got to springs he had already done his interval training and had a very good sweat going.Dr. Harshaw jumped on the treadmill and ran a mile in 10 minuntes. Afte the treadmill, Dr. Harshaw did 3 sets of 25 pushups. I felt sorry for Dr. Harshaw and went back to my dorm to get a towel for him but did not get one because they were all dirty but did get a cold bottle of water for him.After the push ups, Dr. Harshaw did situps but did not get the desired amount. he got 11 situps on the first set and 13 on the second set. After the Situps Dr. Harshaw did 3 sets of 8 lunges with 30 pound dumbells for the first set and 15's for the last two sets. To finish out the workout Dr. Harshaw did 3 sets of 50 crunches. In total for the day Dr. Harshaw burned 956 calories. 560 of them were from working out. He also weighed in at 185 pounds. Dr. Harshaw could not do squats because there was not a squat rack in springs. It was alot to do conditioning and then go workout. We need to just do weights one day and conditioning another day. Overall Dr. Harshaw did and an excellant job tody.
