Dr. Harshaw, I noticed on Fitday that some of my nutrients are showing as deficient. I don't see a place to add a daily vitamin to the food list. If a multivitamin and my calcium tablet were added in, wouldn't my nutrients be in better shape?

I would think so. In my own personal FitDay account (not the one for this class), I created a custom food just for the multi-vitamin and the Super-B Complex that I regularly take.
