Dr. H - Diet and Workout for 10/01/07
Diet
- Time was going to be tight with the upcoming Calc IV test and homework that needed to be graded, so I passed on going out for lunch and brought in my own turkey sandwich on whole wheat.
Workout
- AM - 30 minutes, 2.6 miles
- PM - I started off with kind of a self-test of how the push-ups are coming along. After 1 minute, I did 51. I think that's roughly a 19% improvement over a month ago.
- All lower body workout with these exercises
- squats
- lunges
- sumo squats
- hamstring curls
- bicycles
- step-ups
- static lunges
- squats
- pendulum lunges
- crunches
- reverse plank
- reverse crunches
