I only changed the soup: I had chicken w/ rice instead of chicken w/ noodle and I added my vitamin & calcium. I actually took 2 calciums so I would meet the nutrient goals (except Vit K).
2 cups of canned soup has an awful lot of sodium in it. Fortunately, I don't have high blood pressure. I know FitDay doesn't really track sodium so we haven't talked much about that. But canned foods are notorious for high sodium. Frozen is better.
Of course, you did say low-sodium so this is really my fault for not having any at home.
