She did a great job and got an awesome leg workout. The workout lasted about 40 min.
3x20 push-ups-tough last set
3x75 crunches
3x10 leg curls-4Th weight, got tough at end
3x10 leg extensions-3rd weight, worked legs real good
2x12 lunges- 2x10lbs and 1x5lbs, felt the burn when she was done.
Great job today Mrs. C! keep up the good work.
She likes to feel it burn. makes her feel like it is doing something.
