Monday-Sunday will be responsible for doing 35 pushups, 40 situps, and 75 crunches on your own aside from the workout session 94 Calories
Attire: same as previous workouts
Objectives Total Body workouts
Edward is responsible for Entering Dr. Harshaw's workout into fitday Bryan is responsible for creating Dr. Harshaw's workout. Week 6 workouts shows signs of improvement week 7 was fall break and was done independently. Person monitoring the workout will post on the blog.
