Today Dr. Harshaw stretched, ran on the treadmill for 5 minuntes, did 3x10 DB bench press 35's, /db shoulder press 3x10 30's and 25's. At that point i wanted Dr. Harshaw to run on the tradmill but it was taken. He got on the old treadmill but it could not keep ut with Dr. Harshaw. Dr. Harshaw also did 3x10 on rows using 40 IB's, tricep extensions 3x10 usine 35Ib's and curls 3x10 using 30Ib's. In the workout dr. Harshaw burned 290 calories.
