Tonight Mrs. C got to springs a little before me and did a little over achieving. Before i got there she had already done:
2x20 push-ups
2x20 sit-ups
1x10 military press
1x10 incline bench
1x10 arm curls
1x10 DB bench
1x10 Row machine
1x10 Fly machine
After I arrived she did how scheduled workout as well:
5x15 triceps extensions
2x15, 1xburnout calf raises
3x8 lunges
3x5 arm curls
1xburnout push ups
1xburnout sit ups
3xburnout 6" leg raises
Total time 47 min. total cal 450
Mrs C. did a excellent job tonight. Keep up the good work.
