Dr Harshaw your workout will be
3 sets of core excercises
3x10 db curls (45 lbs)
3x10 db squats (75 lbs)
3x10 db bench (45 lbs)
3x15 lunges (25 lbs)
1 mile run
*Not including the daily squats, crunches, and sit ups)
Mrs. Carbonneau according to the schedule we will make this a recovery day for weights but we will make up for it next week.
