Exercise: had good upper-body workout at Springs yesterday with Travis' supervision. Started out with 10 minutes on the bike then on to the weights. Once I got home, I added 20 pushups (it's hard to do more because Chili keeps getting under me and trying to lick me in the face). Total calories were 286.
Diet: Changes are no grapes; Total cereal = .75 cup; skim milk = .25 cup; strawberries = .34 cup
