Diet: Remove grapes; add 1/2 cup carrots instead

(walk/run fitted in right nicely while the clothes were in the washer!)
Well, Dr. Harshaw has caught up with me weight-wise, isn't that sad! He mentioned a plateau and I've been on that plateau for quite a while. Don't think I could lower my calories below 1000-1100. Guess I'll just keep on and feel some measure of success because I feel a lot better, I know that I'm eating a lot better, and I'm more fit. My clothes fit great (some are too big).
