Heart Rate Zones: Health (beginners) = 7% of the time; Fitness zone (advanced) = 23% of the time; Performance zone (buzz words for "how you feel right before you keel over" or "yeah, Stef & Renee pushed me unmercifully") = 65% (wonder what I was doing for the other 5% of the time).
I'd tired but my legs are no longer cramping. Now, I'm going to the laundromat! (My washing machine is broken!)
