Mrs. C: Exercise for 10-08-07

Had a good workout today under Edward's supervision. He can fill in the details. We added a new exercise: planks!

Here's the details from my watch:

average heart rate: 116
maximum heart rate: 139
calories: 387
heart zone: 62% of the time I was working in the "health-zone: and 33% I was in the fitness zone. According to my watch info, the health-zone is for beginners and the fitness zone is the "fitness zone for advanced users"!
