3x10 decline bench 15's Db's
3x10 curls machine 30IB's
3x10 triceps machine 30IB's
3x8 rows 20 Ib's Db's
1 set core exercises
objective upper body strenght
Mrs. Carbonneau is responsible for doing 30 pushups so 30 situps and 75 crunches daily along with her workouts
On a separate note i will ask and demostrate mrs. Carbonneau about the core exercise and the squats today and the workout over fall break
