today we did the sprint ladder. it consisted of:
4 x 100's (45 seconds inbetween)
2 minute break
6 x 80's ( 35 seconds inbetween)
2 minute break
6 x 60's ( 30 seconds inbetween)
2 minute break
8 x 40's ( 25 seconds inbetween)
2 minute break
11 x 20's ( 15 seconds inbetween)
2 minute break
the objective was obviously to work on sprints. she did great. had a little discomfort in her knee at first, but it went away as she continuted to run. the HRM wasn't working, so Renee did her best on FitDay. total distance = 1 mile.
