Mrs C's workout yesterday
Mrs. Carbonneau did a 5 minunte jog, 3x20 pushups, 3x10 DB shoulder press 10Ib's, 3x10 DB curls, 1st set was 15Ib DB's last two were 10Ib's DB's, 3x50 crunches and 3 sets of 20 situps. We tried planks today or also called core exercises for 30 seconds. Two sets of regular (both arms) and one on each arm. I was very impressed. the workout lasted 35 minuntes and Mrs C burned 340 calories.
