workout for 10-9-07

Today's workout was definitely the toughest yet, but that was mostly because it was pouring down rain. Both Dr. Harshaw and Mrs. C ran a little over 2 miles doing various things such as jogging, side shuffling, running backwards, and sprinting for a whole lap. It was an intense workout but hopefully they will feel that it benefited them in some way. Stef and I did it along side with them so we feel their pain. Good job today guys!

It was a good workout. My calves are crazy sore already. It's seems odd that my hamstring is not tight at all tonight -- on every other run it usually is pretty hurt. I'll take that as a good sign.
