Dr. H - Diet and Workout for 11/14/07

After the MAA meeting, I geared up for a circuit training workout in Springs. Did three sets non-stop of:
  • 5 minute run on treadmill
  • squats
  • shoulder press
  • lunges
  • pushups
  • lateral raises
  • curls
  • tricep extensions
  • crunches
  • lather, rinse, repeat
Finishing it off with a 13 minute run on the treadmill. I was totally knackered afterwards.

Breakfast was an Egg Beaters omlette and two strips of turkey bacon. Lunch was a Subway chicken sandwich, water during the day, and for dinner one chicken breast, green beans, and couscous.
