Breakfast was a bowl of Life cereal with the morning coffee. Lunch was a tuna sub on whole wheat with lettuce, olives, green peppers, tomatoes. Dinner was two tacos, 1/4c white rice, 1/4c fat-free refried beans.
The soreness from Wednesday's workout is starting to kick in, and by Friday morning, it's really, really sore. I took Thursday off for a rest day, and this afternoon I'll be back in the woods for a tune-up ride before Saturday.
