Dr. Harshaw's Workout Today

Today dr. Harshaw stretched, ran on the treamill for 5 minuntes, 3 set of incline DB bench press using 35's the first set for 12, second set using 45's for 14 and the third set using 45's for 10. Dr. Harshaw also did 3x 10 of rows using 90IBS on the first set and 100IB'S the last set.He aso did 3x10 shoulder press using 80IB's and for the first 4 70IB's for the second 4 of the first set. The second and third set set he used 60IBS. He also did 3x10 DB curls 30IBS and 3x10 tricep machine using 50IB's. DR.Harshaw also did 3 sets of core exercises for a minunte and a half and did a minunte on each side. Dr. Harshaw could not use the treasmill during and ater the workouts because of other people using it. In total Dr. Harshaw burned 260 calories in 42 minuntes.
