Tonight Mrs. C had it a little tonight but she fought through it like a trooper. She had a lot tougher core and leg workout. She did:
2x20 push-ups
3x20 leg extensions
3x20 leg curls
3x50 calf raises
3x20 sit-ups
10x15 sec. 6in. leg lifts
6x30 sit ups. Right-left Left-right
She burned 427 cal. and worked for about 45 min. Again you did a awesome job tonight. Your going to do great on your fitness tests. We should all see a great improvement.
Thursday November 8Th workout:
5 min warm up jog/stretch
3x20 triceps extensions (20 lbs0
3x20 DB curls (15 lbs)
3x20 upright rows (15 lbs)
4x20 push ups
3x50 crunches
10x15sec-6 in. leg rises
Objective: to work on arms and core strength with lower weight and more reps
This is your last weights workout before the tests so make it count.
