Hey! I hope everything went well today. I was wondering if either of you had a weight goal that you wanted to achieve for yourself?

I don't have a real specific weight goal in mind, as much as I know it's gotta come down.

Having said that, it's important to emphasize that your (the class') goals need to be based on what that weight needs to be. We've only got roughly 9-10 more weeks of dedicated training to do our best to reach a reasonable objective. I'd recommend researching what is considered a "healthy" weight for someone with our characteristics, as well as how much weight can be safely lost per week.

Well, I'd like to lose 25 pounds before Christmas! That would probably be about 20 pounds between now and the end of the class. I also want to get back in the habit of exercising every day...running specifically but other types too.
