Mrs. Carbonneau had already had a good warm up by the time I got to springs to workout with her. She had done her 15 minute mile pace jog on the treadmills already and was pedalling the stationary bike when I arrived. Starting next week we will increase the intensity of her workouts dramatically. She did almost every excercise with ease. I guess that is a good sign though. Keep up the good work Mrs. Carbonneau. Someone from the weightlifting group will contact you about where and when we will meet on Thursday.

I still can't do "real" situps! And I did slow down on the 3rd set of pushups and step-ups.
OK, it wasn't too hard. I won't mind more intensity but how about adding more types of exercises and not just more reps of push-ups & sit-ups.
